H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in our South San Francisco office. You’ll be the friendly first impression, greet clients, manage check-in, schedule appointments, and help route customers to the right tax professional.

This in-person role supports daily office operations, protects client confidentiality, and collaborates with tax professionals and the team. Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season is requested, with training

Competenze

Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional client service.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
