H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage check-in, and support daily office operations in Colma, CA. You will be the friendly first impression and coordinate appointments with the right tax professional based on client needs.

This in-person role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities into tax preparation or office leadership, with evenings and weekend shifts during tax season.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and be the face of the office.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
