H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office in Commerce City, CO. You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and guide clients to the right tax professional while supporting daily office operations.

This in-person role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and discretion with confidential information. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is expected.

• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
