H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients in person, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in Portland, ME.

You’ll partner with tax professionals and the team to ensure a smooth client experience during tax season. The ideal candidate has client service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and discretion.
