H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients in person in Palatka, FL. You will greet clients, manage check-in, and coordinate scheduling with tax professionals to ensure a smooth, professional experience.

The role supports daily office operations and offers training to transition into tax preparation or leadership opportunities. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with basic computer programs and digital tools (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).
