Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent for a seasonal role from October 2026 through April 2027. You will greet guests, check in/out, and answer inquiries while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The position requires friendly service, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• College coursework helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, and entertainment.
• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions, and in-house groups.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and complete shift paperwork on time.
