Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Front Office Manager for a seasonal assignment in Colorado. You will oversee front desk operations, ensure top-tier guest service, manage reservations, and coordinate with Housekeeping to support smooth hotel performance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and professional presentation during all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• College course work in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer Services experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk operations and ensure consistent guest service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, promotions, groups, VIPs, and restricted dates.
• Train, coach, and support Front Desk associates on systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to support hotel operations.
