Job summary

The Edgewater Hotel, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Front Desk Agent in Seattle for the seasonal, part-time shift. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, handling payments, and coordinating requests with other departments to ensure seamless stays.

Requires customer service experience and basic computer skills; Springer Miller knowledge is a plus. Weekend/holiday PM shifts are common during the 5/1–9/1 season.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and computer skills.
• Personable and professional phone demeanor and clear enunciation.
• Hotel experience with a similar property is preferred.
• Springer Miller knowledge a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Check guests in and out.
• Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins.
• Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments, and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
