Job summary

Michaels Anderson, SC store is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and create framing solutions for art projects. You will help customers shop, locate products, complete framing orders with quality and on time, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling transactions, supporting omni-channel processes, stocking, and following SOPs while promoting company values.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter is a plus.
• Retail experience and selling products are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and adjacent areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and stock replenishment.
