Michaels Port Chester, NY store is seeking a Customer Service Associate to build relationships with customers and help them create framing solutions. You will keep the store well merchandised and in stock, and you will greet customers warmly.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, completing framing orders with quality and timeliness, stocking shelves, and assisting with omni-channel processes.

Formación

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience and customer service skills preferred.

• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
