Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members at our Commerce area store to assist customers, handle framing orders, and maintain a well-stocked frame department. You will provide friendly service, help locate products, and ensure accuracy in sales and merchandising.

The role includes routine store tasks, operating the cash register, and supporting omni-channel processes, with an emphasis on meeting customer needs and delivering high-quality framing solutions.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
