This role offers hands-on experience in fashion PR and showroom operations. Candidates with experience in fashion PR, knowledge of Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS, and strong organizational skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion PR or showroom roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fashion media and editors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using sample-tracking platforms like Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS.

Responsabilités

• Support daily sample trafficking, coordinating pulls, shipments and returns with warehouse.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking, including check-ins/outs and condition.
• Keep showroom organized; ensure samples are labeled and stored properly.
• Monitor outstanding loans and follow up on overdue samples.
• Assist with seasonal sample transitions, intake, inventory audits and returns.
• Provide general admin and logistical support to the PR team.
