Job summary

V Opco, LLC is seeking a Marketing team member for a temporary/seasonal position in New York, NY. The role involves supporting daily sample trafficking, showroom organization, and PR support with strong emphasis on inventory, labeling, and timely coordination of loans.

Candidates should have experience in fashion PR or showroom roles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS. This is a temporary/seasonal opportunity based in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion PR, showroom management, sample coordinator, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fashion media, stylists, and the editorial landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sample tracking platforms such as Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS.

Responsibilities

• Support in daily sample trafficking, coordinating pull requests, shipments, and returns with the warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking systems, including check-ins, check-outs, and sample condition.
• Maintain an organized showroom, ensuring samples are properly labeled and stored.
• Monitor outstanding loans and proactively follow up on overdue samples.
• Support seasonal sample transitions, including new collection intake, inventory audits, and sample returns.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the PR team as needed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
