Job summary

V Opco, LLC in New York is seeking a Marketing professional for a seasonal, temporary role focused on showroom coordination and sample stewardship. You will support daily sample trafficking, inventory tracking, and showroom organization to ensure timely readiness for press and events.

The role requires familiarity with fashion PR, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Proactive problem solving and experience with Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion PR, showroom management, sample coordinator, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with fashion media, stylists, and the editorial landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and sample tracking platforms such as Launchmetrics or Fashion GPS
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and day-to-day coordination

Responsibilities

• Support in daily sample trafficking, coordinating pull requests, shipments, and returns with the warehouse team.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking systems, including check-ins, check-outs, and sample condition.
• Maintain an organized showroom, ensuring samples are properly labeled and stored.
• Monitor outstanding loans and proactively follow up on overdue samples.
• Support seasonal sample transitions, including new collection intake, inventory audits, and sample returns.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the PR team as needed.
