Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder who brings passion for music and pop culture to every customer interaction. You’ll support the store leadership team, train new recruits, and help meet sales targets while keeping the store running smoothly.

You’ll manage the sales floor, process transactions, assist with merchandising, and share trend insights with management. This on-site role requires a HS diploma or GED and a fan-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist store management and help run the store when needed.
• Understand sales plans and help drive KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Cover sales floor and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Process transactions and upsell with product knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion/music trends to management and HQ.
• Maintain stock room and store tidiness.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates.
• Support other activities as assigned by Store Leader.
