Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder who will play a pivotal role in assisting the store leadership team and ensuring fans can access the latest music and pop culture merchandise.

You will train new recruits, help meet sales targets, and support daily store operations with your enthusiasm and product knowledge. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, drive KPIs like UPT and ADT, and participate in opening/closing duties while maintaining store visual standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory potential.

Responsibilities
