Hot Topic, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team, train new hires, and help meet sales targets while sharing fans’ passion for music and pop culture.

You’ll help lead the sales floor, assist with opening/closing, manage the register, and communicate fashion and music trends to management. This is a dynamic retail role for fans who love customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand/walk for scheduled hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging shopping experience and drive KPIs.
• Lead or support store operations in Manager's absence.
• Process sales transactions and promote add-ons.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
