Position Summary

The AMB Sports + Entertainment Fan Experience Team is seeking a collaborative, adaptable, and highly accountable candidate to join the team as a Seasonal Fan Experience Associate. This role supports the team across its three core pillars: Data & Analysis, On-Site Event Observation & Execution, and Actionable Solutions, providing exposure to both the analytical and operational sides of Fan Experience across Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, concerts, and all other Major Events hosted at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Responsibilities will vary based on team priorities and event needs and may include supporting survey analysis and reporting, preparing presentations and operational resources, conducting onsite observations and audits, assisting with event-day execution, supporting special projects, and helping translate fan feedback and operational insights into meaningful improvements. The role is intentionally broad and offers a diverse range of experiences designed to build a well-rounded understanding of how Fan Experience strategy connects to event-day operations. The ideal candidate is someone who works well with others, takes ownership of their individual responsibilities, and is willing to support the broader team wherever needed. Success in this role requires a team-first mindset, strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to carry assignments from initial direction through completion. Associates should be comfortable collaborating across different personalities and functions, stepping in to support teammates when needed, communicating early when challenges arise, and remaining accountable for ensuring the work gets done. This role is best suited for someone who wants to learn by doing, contribute across a wide range of work, and understand how insights become real improvements for fans. The strongest Seasonal Fan Experience Associates are dependable, curious, collaborative, and willing to take ownership; stepping in where needed, seeing responsibilities through to completion, and leaving both the work and the team stronger because of their contribution. This is an hourly seasonal role that is based onsite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

Roles and Responsibilities
Data & Analysis
  • Support post-event survey reporting, ad hoc analysis, and other data requests across Falcons, Atlanta United, concerts, and third-party Major Events.
  • Review quantitative and qualitative fan feedback to help identify trends, recurring pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials that translate Fan Experience data into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing data collection and documentation efforts, including event debriefs, onsite observations, audits, and other feedback channels.
On-Site Event Observation & Execution
  • Support Fan Experience operations during Major Events, including pre-event preparation, onsite audits, ingress, in-event operations, egress, and post-event breakdown.
  • Serve as a positive and informed Fan Experience representative by engaging professionally with guests, associates, and cross-functional partners.
  • Observe the fan journey in real time, document relevant conditions and opportunities, and elevate issues requiring immediate attention.
  • Support deployment and execution of Fan Experience initiatives such as wayfinding, signage, transportation, accessibility, concert-floor operations, rideshare, and other event‑specific programs.
  • Lead by example while supporting Gameday Associates and other team members, reinforcing expectations around preparedness, professionalism, hospitality, communication, and execution.
  • Become familiar with key stadium and campus resources so associates can confidently support guests and provide accurate direction based on their assigned operating area.
Actionable Solutions & Special Projects
  • Support the development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of solutions intended to reduce friction and improve the fan journey.
  • Assist with event-specific and long‑term Fan Experience projects from planning through execution, including research, coordination, preparation of resources, onsite testing, and post-event follow‑up.
  • Help translate onsite observations and fan feedback into recommendations, operational refinements, and future areas of focus.
  • Contribute to presentations, briefing materials, maps, FAQs, staffing resources, and other tools that support successful event execution and communication.
Team Collaboration, Ownership & Follow-Through
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities from initial direction through completion, including proactively communicating progress, questions, barriers, and next steps.
  • Work collaboratively across the Fan Experience team and step in to support teammates when needed to ensure shared priorities are completed successfully.
  • Approach assignments with a solutions‑oriented mindset, using sound judgment and initiative before escalating challenges that require additional guidance.
  • Maintain positive, professional working relationships and contribute to a team environment grounded in accountability, respect, reliability, and shared success.
  • Remain flexible and willing to support additional Fan Experience responsibilities, projects, and operational needs as priorities evolve.
Required Job Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional work setting.
  • Availability to work 80% or more of Mercedes-Benz Stadium Major Events, including Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, concerts, and other third‑party events, as well as nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with fans, coworkers, cross‑functional partners, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow assignments through to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, support others when needed, and maintain positive, professional working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability for assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and approach challenges with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, ask thoughtful questions, and connect observations to potential areas of improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced event environment where priorities and responsibilities may shift based on operational needs.
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods, including 4+ hours at a time.
  • Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in sports, live events, hospitality, guest experience, or another fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Experience with survey analysis, reporting, or qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience designing or curating presentation decks, operational resources, or other stakeholder‑facing materials.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting onsite event operations, audits, observations, or other real‑time execution responsibilities.
