Mercedes-Benz Stadium is seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to support the Housekeeping department in Atlanta. You will collect and enter schedules in the ABI timekeeping system, tag time to events for payroll, and assist with inventories and office coverage during busy event days.
Successful candidates will have 1+ years of related experience in a large hospitality venue, strong MS Office skills, and bilingual Spanish/English communication abilities.
Collects, reviews and enters work schedules for Housekeeping into ABI timekeeping system. Tags time to appropriate events/sub-categories, processes time for payroll, runs reports as necessary or requested; Assists with updating inventories and other miscellaneous information as requested by management; Performs general administrative and/or secretarial support activities which may include report writing, communication with Housekeeping staff, attending meetings, maintaining event calendar updated; etc.; Assists with office coverage on event days; Assists with pre-event QC (quality control) inspections; Dispatches and logs calls to Housekeeping during events; Assists with Hiring Events; schedules candidates and follows-up with communication; Work with Housekeeping Manager to determine event day 3rd party staffing needs and send out requests to contractors; Other tasks/duties as assigned.
One-(1) plus years of direct related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience including in a large hospitality venue or place of public assembly.
Advanced software technical skills (MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent spelling, grammar, and mathematical skills Experience with ABI software program a plus Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Superior communication skills Flexibility of schedule Dedication to customer service High degree of professionalism Bilingual (Spanish/English)
