Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the success of all Restaurant and Kitchen operations according to Company standards.
• Manage revenue growth, budgets, COGS, labor, inventories, and bar controls.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to develop opportunities.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing and hiring for F&B; ensure staffing within guidelines.
• Create labor schedules and train staff on Micros, menus, and service standards.
• Achieve financial goals and report metrics (revenue, COGS, payroll, invoices, logs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ISO standards.
