• Coach and mentor Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Manager.
• Manage budgets, COGS, labor, and inventory controls.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for F&B team.
• Create labor schedules in line with staffing guidelines.
• Ensure health, safety, and recipe adherence and service excellence.
