Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a restaurant establishment.
• Resort/National Park Concession preferred.
• Obtain ServSafe or equivalent Certification per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve restaurant beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a timely and compliant manner.
• Know menu promotions and specials.
• Handle cash, tips, and sales reports accurately.
• Obtain ServSafe or equivalent certification per policy.
• Ensure beverages are served per laws and company procedures.
• Provide timely, courteous, professional service to guests.
• Stock and restock bar items; inform manager when items run low.
