Job summary

Legends Global in Colorado is seeking a part-time, seasonal POS support specialist to assist with point-of-sale systems at Ball Arena and DSGP. You will handle level 1 and 2 issues, perform hardware replacements, and ensure systems are operational during events.

Responsibilities include network cabling, equipment testing, and coordinating with venue staff to minimize downtime. The role requires English fluency and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with evenings, weekends, and holidays supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and POS systems desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for POS problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware issues and perform necessary repairs.
