Job summary

Legends is seeking an IT/POS Support professional to provide Level 1–2 assistance for POS systems at Ball Arena, DSGP, and Paramount Theater. You will deploy and tear down terminals, perform hardware maintenance, and support end users in a fast-paced arena environment.

This full-time role offers 30–40 hours weekly with benefits; you must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and lift up to 50 lbs. Internal posting for 3 days or until filled.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree.
• Experience with Active Directory and PC maintenance.
• Experience with POS systems including MyVenue POS, SpotOn, Triple Seat, Tapin2, Mashkin self checkouts, LAVA, and handhelds.
• Knowledge of CAT5/6 cabling and LAN configurations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently in a loud, busy arena environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 POS support and escalate when necessary.
• Deploy and teardown POS terminals; perform hardware maintenance.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Log and manage inventory; assist with software/hardware upgrades and configurations.
• Support other venue technologies (printers, timeclock, laptops, iPads, handhelds).
• Work 3 days internally or until filled; 30–40 hours weekly; benefits eligibility.
