Job summary

This role provides Level 1 & 2 POS support, drives improvements, and ensures systems operate smoothly during events at venues in California.

The candidate will replace defective hardware and diagnose issues across software, firmware, and hardware, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adapt to environment changes quickly and effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to stand, walk long distances, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale system issues.
• Initiate improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and safety policies.
