Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a part-time seasonal POS support technician in Denver. You will provide level 1 & 2 support for POS systems, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and assist with system improvements for events at Ball Arena or DSGP.

The role requires an Associate degree and experience with Active Directory and POS platforms. You will work mainly evenings, weekends and holidays, staying on-site at concession stands in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with POS systems including MyVenue, SpotOn, Appetize POS, Tapin2.
• Knowledge of CAT5/6 crimping and LAN cable configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to POS system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure systems are operational for events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and adhere to standards and practices.
