Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist with product questions, place orders, order tracking.
• Update customer information and details on orders/files.
• Identify customer requests, research issues and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Build positivecustomer relationships by listening and engaging.
• Document customer complaints in a web-based log.
• Monitor systems to ensure orders are scheduled and printed on time.
• Issue online credits or refunds when needed.
