Job summary

The Gifting Company in California is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to handle calls, assist with product questions, process orders and track shipments.

This role requires a friendly, professional communicator with strong multitasking skills; the position offers seasonal employment for roughly 8 to 10 weeks with a pay rate of $17 per hour and flexible shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist with product questions, place orders, order tracking
• Update customer information, detail updates on customer orders/files
• Pinpoint customer requests, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives on case-by-case basis
• Correspond via phone/email/live chat
• Create positive customer relationships by engaging and taking the time to listen
• Document customer complaints on web-based log
• Monitor system to ensure orders are scheduled and printed by specific times
• Issue online credits/refunds when needed
