THE GIFTING COMPANY is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal temporary period. You will handle calls, assist with product questions, place orders, and track orders while updating files and documenting issues. The role emphasizes professional communication, problem-solving, and timely order processing.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, assist with product questions, place orders, order tracking
• Update customer information, detail updates on customer orders/files
• Pinpoint customer requests, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives on case-by-case basis
• Correspond via phone/email/live chat
• Create positive customer relationships by engaging and taking the time to listen
• Document customer complaints on web-based log
• Monitor system to ensure orders are scheduled and printed by specific times
• Issue online credits/refunds when needed
