Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to help deliver a seamless shopping experience. You will support BOPS, merchandise returns, and order pickups while upholding Macy's service standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays are required, with full-time and part-time scheduling. You’ll be part of a team that values hospitality, accuracy, and helping customers feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups; assist customers through all AsY service functions.
• Proficient in transactions and operating the cash register; help ensure pickup areas are organized and ready for customers.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment and assist with curbside or in-store services as needed.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and help customers apply for accounts when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
