Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Service Team Member for the West Springfield, MA location. You will assist customers, manage checkout, and help with truck unloading and stocking to keep the store well-merchandised.

This role involves supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS, participating in planogram compliance, and following SOPs. Evening, weekend, and early morning hours are required in a fast-paced, public retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Assist with Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support SOPs, safety, and shrink programs.
