Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting in Danvers, MA.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling checkout transactions, enrolling shoppers in Rewards programs, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. You will participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the go back process and store recovery
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements
• Interact with others in a respectful manner; be a role model for Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
