Job summary

Michaels Amherst is seeking a part-time Retail Seasonal Service Team Member to help customers find products, provide fast checkout, and keep the store well-stocked and welcoming. You will interact with customers, enroll them in rewards programs, and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
• Process checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and rewards enrollment.
• Unloading trucks and completing planogram duties.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image.
