Job summary

Michaels in McMurray, PA is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and process fast checkouts. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and support planograms to keep an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Role includes omni-channel duties like BOPIS/SFS and participating in safety and shrink programs. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and meet U.S. employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
