Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email courteously.
• Maintain and update customer accounts accurately.
• Ask questions to identify issues and provide resolutions.
• Process delivery orders and handle basic pricing inquiries.
• Assist with soft collections and payments by phone.
