Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a polite, professional manner.
• Sustain and improve customer relationships with daily interactions.
• Identify customer issues or concerns through probing questions.
• Maintain accurate account information and updates.
• Resolve customer requests and questions efficiently.
• Set up delivery orders and handle basic pricing questions.
