Nordstrom in Denver is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide friendly service, process transactions, resolve returns, and support order pickup. You’ll mentor new hires on the register and help maintain accurate inventory and POS operations.

Role requires strong relationship skills, comfort with multiple devices, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend shifts are expected.

Qualificações

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve returns and exchanges, or support order and pickup inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems.
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Promote Nordstrom Loyalty program and other tools to enhance experience.
• Work hours vary, including evenings and weekends.
