Job summary

Nordstrom in the United States is recruiting for a customer-focused associate to support transactions, returns, pickup inquiries, and loyalty initiatives. You will train new hires on the POS system and help maintain accurate store operations.

You will interact with customers across Windows, iOS and Android platforms while upholding privacy and security standards. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Proficiency with Windows, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to onboard new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service, resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.
• Mentor new employees on register usage and store systems.

• Promote Nordstrom Loyalty and new tools to enhance customer and employee experience.
