Nordstrom in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will engage customers with storytelling and guide them to services like Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, and Returns. You’ll collaborate with stylists, support inventory and events, and help maintain store organization throughout busy shifts.

The ideal candidate offers strong communication, a proactive attitude, and comfort with Microsoft Outlook, BookingBug, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage diverse audiences.
• Identify needs and connect customers to services (Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns).
• Communicate professionally by phone and email; provide trend/style feedback.
• Support inventory and back-of-house processes; maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Assist with event execution; serve as point of contact for RSVPs and attendee data.
• May open/close the store and follow security procedures.
• Perform light cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom care).
