You will assist customers by phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions while keeping service quick, easy, and enjoyable. A core part of the role is to stay runway-ready: organize, clean, and restock the cash wrap and sales floor, and stay up-to-date on fashion trends to assist purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales and returns, delivering excellent service.
• Keep the department looking runway-ready by tidying, cleaning and restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor.
• Stay informed on key fashion trends to help customers with purchase decisions when needed.
• Build relationships by informing customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards and Nordstrom Rewards.
