Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; connect them with the right service.
• Support in-store events and assist with merchandise processing.
• Answer phones and emails in a professional manner.
• Assist with inventory and maintain organization of back-of-house areas.
• Serve as point of contact for RSVPs and event coordination.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and light cleaning duties.
