Aufgaben

• Greet customers and engage with diverse audiences.
• Understand needs and connect customers to services (Online Order Pickup, Alterations, Styling, Returns, Gift Wrapping).
• Communicate professionally by phone and email; share trend, fit and style feedback.
• Support back-of-house processes including inventory and organization.
• Assist with event execution, RSVPs and door greeter duties.
• Open/close the store and follow security procedures when needed.
• Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and restrooms.
