Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Hudson, WI is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

As part of the team, you will engage customers with the rewards program, support omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS/SFS), and adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines while upholding the Michaels brand values.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns/go back process and in-stock store.
