Job summary

The Michaels Companies in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Team Member to help customers find products and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with stocking, truck unloading, and store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised.

Your duties include engaging customers about rewards, enabling Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and supporting SOPs while maintaining a positive image and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service at checkout and assist shoppers.
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support online orders, BOPIS/SFS processes and in-store pickups.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Uphold store recovery standards and SOPs; ensure safe, clean conditions.
