Job Title: Customer Care Representative - SEASONAL
Department: Customer Care

Reports to: Customer Care Supervisor
Pinnacle Propane provides propane fuel and related equipment to residential, commercial, and wholesale customers, including the sale and lease of propane storage tanks.
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is expected to handle all day-to-day front-office activities. The CCR works closely with the Customer Care Supervisor (CCS) to ensure satisfactory service to the customers. This position furthermore ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative activities executed in the front office.
In addition to core customer care responsibilities, CCRs may be required to assist with propane bottle refilling as needed. The company will provide all necessary training and ensure proper licensing for this task. Candidates should be comfortable following safety protocols and handling propane equipment in compliance with regulatory standards.

This position is a temporary seasonal role intended to support business operations during periods of increased demand. Seasonal employment is not intended to create an expectation of ongoing or permanent employment.
Seasonal employees may be employed for no longer than six (6) months, unless business needs warrant consideration for conversion to a regular position. Any decision regarding conversion to a regular full-time or part-time role is at the sole discretion of the Company and is based on business needs, position availability, performance, qualifications, and other applicable factors.
Employment in a seasonal position does not guarantee consideration for, offer of, or conversion to a permanent position.
Applicants should understand that seasonal employees are not eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and are not eligible for Company-sponsored medical benefits, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Seasonal positions are designed to provide operational support during peak-demand periods and may require schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate. Due to operational requirements during peak business periods, approval of time-off requests may be limited in accordance with Company policy.
Pinnacle Propane reserves the right to modify schedules, work hours, assignment duration, staffing levels, or discontinue seasonal positions at any time, subject to applicable law and business needs.
