Pursuit Collection is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume seasonal hiring across the United States and Canada. You will recruit across multiple positions and locations, meeting milestone hiring goals and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The role requires coordination with Hiring Managers and a strong focus on clarity around wages, housing, perks, and location-specific expectations.

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with high-volume or seasonal recruiting.
• Hospitality, tourism, or service industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet milestone hiring goals throughout the season.
• Screen candidates and conduct up to 10 interviews per day during peak periods.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and adjust activity as hiring priorities and timelines change.
• Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and flag risks or delays before milestones.
• Clearly communicate job duties, wages, schedules, housing, perks, and location-specific expectations.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment, offer, and pre-employment process.
• Post and manage requisitions, offers, candidate records, and hiring activity in Workday.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and transition from offer to onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and People team to stay on schedule.
