Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume seasonal hiring across the United States and Canada. You will screen candidates, conduct up to 10 interviews daily during peak periods, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to fill roles at iconic locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role.
• High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred.
• Hospitality, tourism, or service-industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting hiring in the United States and Canada is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet milestone hiring goals throughout the season.
• Screen candidates and conduct up to 10 interviews per day during peak periods.
• Make hiring decisions for assigned roles or coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
• Post and manage requisitions, offers, candidate records, and hiring activity in Workday.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and People team to keep hiring on schedule.
