Encore is seeking a Recruiter for a contracted assignment from October 2026 through March 2027 to manage high-volume, full lifecycle recruiting for non-exempt roles across assigned territories. The role emphasizes building pipelines, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers using the ATS.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (HR, Communications or Business preferred).
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, and selection of exempt and non-exempt candidates.
• Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Source, interview and select non-exempt internal and external candidates for openings.
• Engage with regional hiring managers to understand location and market requirements.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for positions and territories.
• Conduct competency-based telephone interviews with candidates.
• Facilitate the interview and screening process to move requisitions to a close.
• Maintain candidates and notes in the ATS to support reporting.
