Job summary

NFL is seeking a Seasonal Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for multiple NFL offices. You will advise talent, collaborate with senior management, hiring managers, compensation, finance, and HRBP teams to drive efficient hiring and retention that align with NFL goals.

Responsibilities include managing 40–50 seasonal requisitions, full-cycle recruitment, building pipelines, and representing NFL at events, while ensuring compliant, equitable processes across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high‑volume recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 40 to 50+ seasonal requisitions across departments and locations.
• Execute full-cycle, high-volume recruitment including screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Support Early Career recruitment during non-peak seasonal hiring times.
• Build strong relationships with HR and hiring managers to understand business needs and headcount planning.
• Identify and recruit for temporary roles across media, production, and game operations.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse for candidates and requisitions.
• Create and deliver regular search status updates to hiring managers and partners.
• Ensure equitable hiring processes in line with NFL standards and policies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring seasonal staffing needs.
• Represent NFL at hiring events and job fairs.
• Manage offer processes including recommendations, drafting and extending offers, and negotiations.
• Ensure onboarding requirements, including background checks and start date coordination.
• Partner with HR to support smooth onboarding experiences.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and applicable federal/state laws.
