Job summary

Pursuit is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume seasonal hiring across the United States and Canada. You will recruit across multiple positions and locations as business needs evolve, meeting milestone hiring goals and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Based in Denver with a hybrid schedule, you’ll screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate with Hiring Managers, and manage requisitions in Workday.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role.
• High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred.
• Hospitality, tourism, or service-industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Workday and HRIS systems.
• Experience supporting hiring in the United States and Canada is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet milestone hiring goals throughout the season, prioritizing openings by dates.
• Screen candidates and conduct up to 10 interviews per day during peaks.
• Make hiring decisions or coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and adjust activity as hiring needs shift.
• Monitor progress, provide updates, and flag risks before milestones are affected.
• Communicate job duties, wages, housing, perks, and location expectations.
• Post and manage requisitions, offers, records, and hiring activity in Workday.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding transitions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Payroll, HRIS and People team to stay on schedule.
• Follow established recruiting processes to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting during peak periods.
